Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites for our clients. You will work closely with our design and development teams to create custom solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins based on client requirements.
- Customize existing WordPress themes and plugins as needed.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services into WordPress websites.
- Optimize website performance and ensure security best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to create innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects.
- In-depth knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other CMS platforms such as Drupal or Joomla.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
