Position: Social Media Marketer
Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, adept at creating engaging content, and skilled in implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster engagement across all relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing brand presence and improving customer engagement.
- Analyze social media insights and metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships with our online community.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation management efforts.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
- Stay informed about competitors’ social media activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative social media campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
